  • We act solely as a booking agent for Virgin Voyages.

  • When you make a booking through us, we enter your details into Virgin Voyages’ booking system.

  • Your contract for travel services is directly with Virgin Voyages.

  • We are not responsible for the operation, performance, or provision of services by Virgin Voyages.

3. Booking Process

  • Once you confirm your interest, we will enter your booking details into Virgin Voyages’ system.

  • You will receive a payment link directly from Virgin Voyages to complete your booking.

  • Your booking is only confirmed when Virgin Voyages issues confirmation.

4. Payments

  • All payments are made directly to Virgin Voyages through their secure payment system.

  • Sail and Swell Travel Ltd does not collect or store your payment information.

  • Virgin Voyages’ Booking Terms and Conditions apply to all payments, cancellations, refunds, and travel services.

5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Any requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds must be made in accordance with Virgin Voyages’ Booking Terms and Conditions.

  • We will assist in liaising with Virgin Voyages where possible, but we are not responsible for the outcome of such requests.

6. Liability

  • We take reasonable care in entering and submitting your booking details to Virgin Voyages.

  • However, we are not liable for:

    • The performance or quality of services provided by Virgin Voyages

    • Cancellations, delays, or changes to your booking made by Virgin Voyages

    • Any loss, damage, or injury arising from services provided by Virgin Voyages

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

 

7. Your Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to Virgin Voyages’ Booking Terms and Conditions before completing your booking.

  • You must comply with all travel requirements, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and insurance.
